Curious AI Architect
Location: Remote, Finland (regular client meetings in Helsinki or Tampere)Employment: Permanent, full-time
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect who can shape a sustainable AI strategy together with our customers and take it all the way to delivery. No hype talk, instead you want to solve real problems.
What you'll do
- Design and lead the architecture of AI solutions in our customers' products and internal processes.
- Be a trusted partner to customer leadership and product teams: help prioritize and make decisions together.
- Build agent-based and language model based systems for production: evaluation, monitoring, cost, security. Coach and train teams so AI becomes a natural part of their daily work.
What we look for
- Strong background in software design and architecture (8+ years).
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping language model based or agent-based systems to production.
- Ability to communicate clearly to both technical audiences and leadership, in Finnish and English.
- Attitude over titles: curious, positive, takes ownership, speaks plainly.
