Curious Agentic Builder
Location: Remote, Finland (regular client meetings in Helsinki or Tampere)Employment: Permanent, full-time
We are looking for a builder who ships agent-based solutions for our customers. Agent-assisted coding is already part of your everyday work, and you want to take it to the next level.
What you'll do
- Build agentic workflows: tools, integrations, evaluation, monitoring.
- Turn messy processes into clear automatable tasks and reliable agents.
- Iterate fast: from prototype to production without sacrificing quality.
- Share what you learn with the team and customers.
What we look for
- Strong software engineering background (5+ years) and a modern toolkit: Claude Code / Codex.
- Hands-on experience building language model based solutions (e.g. tool use, RAG, agent frameworks).
- Pragmatic mindset: you don't build tech for tech's sake.
- Willingness to take ownership and see things through.
- Excellent Finnish: We work extensively with Finnish clients, so fluent Finnish is essential.
- Access to Tampere or Helsinki: You live in a location from which you can easily and frequently visit Tampere or Helsinki for client meetings, as our clients are mostly located in these cities.
